Goluk APP permissions solved!

Goluk APP permissions solved!

Hi guys,

Just wanted to add a quick post sharing some great news.

Our most recent app update has solved the problem of excessive app permissions! We also want to let you know that we value your feedback and are willing to work with you in order to make our product better!

On a different note, we also added ‘motion detection’ setting in the parking security so now it’s possible to disable motion detection if necessary. Why would you do that? Simple. When you’re parked in a busy parking lot, having motion detection might mean that your Goluk will constantly record videos of people and cars passing by. If your parking time is long enough, this could easily make your SD card fill up pretty quickly.  So, in order to save the space on your SD card, you can choose to disable the motion detection setting and leave vibration detection on.

Further, Android users can connect directly via WiFi as opposed to hotspot by tapping the button as shown below. This can help avoid connection problems from the very beginning!

I love the T-3!!! The video is top notch... The only thing that I think could make it more seamless is to have the wifi auto connect to your device. as of right now I have it plugged into a power adapter that has constant power. It seems the camera goes to sleep and will not wake when you open the app on your phone. So like I said, Auto wake feature would be awesome. Unless I am missing something and it already has something like that.

Hi.Thank you for purchasing Goluk and sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a problem with it.Please turn off the mobile data, VPN or Bluetooth of the phone before connecting to the dash cam wifi. For the space problem, 10Gb space is for backup.Thanks.
